Jamie Gray ( Group CEO and Majority Owner )
With extensive experience in commercial property management and development, acquisitions and financial structuring, Jamie takes great pride in being a hands-on leader of the team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the $200 million worth of commercial properties owned and managed by the group.

Bruce Brown ( Group Finance )
Bruce has extensive and local experience in commercial and retail property investment and plays an important role in the business through effective management of strategic asset planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, structuring of credit facilities with financial institutions, accounting and taxation reporting.

Michael Vanin ( Group Property Management )
Michael has over 40 years’ experience in the property industry with expertise in asset management, leasing and sales negotiations, facilities management, asset budgeting and business planning, property development and feasibility studies. Michael is focused on positioning assets for growth and optimum return.

Vanessa Brown ( Group Marketing )
Vanessa has extensive experience in commercial property marketing with strong project marketing expertise, brand development and management, retail marketing strategy implementation and stakeholder engagement gained through her leadership roles with leading ASX listed organizations.
