Central Market Arcade - Adelaide
This shopping centre acquired in 1997 is located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD and is anchored by a Coles Supermarket, Liquorland and 64 specialty stores.

VICTORIA

The Clarendon Centre - South Melbourne
The Coles supermarket was acquired in 1999. In 2006-07 a major redevelopment was carried out comprising a larger Coles supermarket, 23 specialty stores, 230 underground car parks and 3,500m2 of office space which is occupied by Southern Cross Broadcasting, Australia’s leading media entertainment company and home to radio stations Fox FM and TripleM.

Greenvale Shopping Centre - Greenvale
This recently re-developed shopping centre was acquired in 2003. It is located in the Northern growth corridor of Greenvale near Melbourne Airport and is anchored by a Coles Supermarket, Medical Centre and 28 specialty stores. In 2015 we will undertake a $15 million expansion to include a new Aldi Supermarket, Medical Centre, additional specialty shops and car parking. Swan Hill Shopping Centre - Swan Hill This shopping centre acquired in 2002 is located in Swan Hill, being the largest service centre of the Murray River region in northern Victoria and is anchored by a recently refurbished Coles Supermarket, Liquorland and 5 specialty stores.

QUEENSLAND

Westpac Building - Cairns
This building was acquired in 2003. It is located in the heart of the CBD of Cairns and comprises a 5 storey mixed use commercial and retail complex. It is the headquarters of the Westpac Bank in Cairns and the Cairns College of English – the largest language school in Cairns.

Oceana Walk Arcade - Cairns
This Arcade was acquired in 2006. It is located in the CBD and comprises a 2 storey mixed use commercial and retail complex which is the headquarters for the Defence Force Recruiting the Cairns College of English and 25 specialty stores.

51 Lake Street Cairns
This building was acquired in 2010 and is located in the heart of the CBD and comprises the headquarters of the Bendigo Bank and the only Kathmandu Store in Cairns. Together with the Westpac Building and Oceana Arcade this property forms a 1.25 acre development site, the largest consolidated property holding in the Cairns CBD.

Edmonton Retail Complex
This property was acquired in 2008. It is located in Edmonton, a growth suburb of Cairns and comprises a Bendigo Bank branch, Optometrist and a Bakery. There is also vacant land for future development. Stage 2 will comprise a mixed use commercial and retail complex.

The Group has been involved in the development and ownership of the following commercial properties:

VICTORIA

Stud Park Shopping Centre - Rowville
This regional shopping centre, comprising a Coles, K-Mart and 45 specialty shops, was acquired in 1992 for $30m. The Group was responsible for the significant expansion of the centre to include a Woolworths supermarket, a Mitre 10 store and another 20 specialty stores, at a cost of $15m. The centre was sold in 1998 to an institutional investor for $60m.

QUEENSLAND

Tradewinds Esplanade Hotel - Cairns (Rydges)
This international standard hotel located on the famous Cairns Esplanade, was developed in 1984-86 at a cost of $30m. The Group was responsible for acquiring and consolidating a prime 1.75 acre waterfront site and constructing 260 hotel suites and associated amenities including restaurants, bars, functions rooms and a swimming pool.

Tradewinds Outrigger - Cairns (Country Comfort)
This hotel, located in the heart of Cairns, was refurbished and renovated in 1986-7 for $10m. The Group was responsible for the refurbishment and renovation of the property which features 93 suites and associated amenities including a restaurant and swimming pool.

Tradewinds Sun Lodge - Cairns (Country Comfort)
This hotel, also located in the heart of Cairns, was refurbished in 1987-88 for $4m. The Group was responsible for the refurbishment of the property which features 65 suites and associated amenities including a restaurant bar, function rooms and swimming pool.

Shangri-La Hotel - Cairns
This hotel is located on the iconic Marina in Cairns, a gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. In 1988-89, the Group was responsible for winning the tender from the Cairns Port Authority to reclaim the land upon which the Shangri-La Hotel and Retail Complex was built between 1991-93.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Peter’s Ice Cream HQ Perth
In 1995 the group constructed the headquarters of Peters Ice Cream in Perth at a cost of $4m.
