VICTORIA

The Clarendon Centre - South Melbourne
Originally a stand-alone Coles supermarket, this site was acquired in 1999. In 2006-07 a major redevelopment was carried out delivering a more substantial Coles supermarket, 23 specialty stores, 230 underground car parking spaces and 3,700m2 of commercial space currently occupied by Southern Cross Austereo and radio stations Fox FM and Triple M. The Centre has approximately 2.3m visitors per year.

Greenvale Shopping Centre - Greenvale
This Centre was acquired in 2003 and is located in the northern growth corridor of Greenvale and near Melbourne Airport. Anchored by a strong performing full-line Coles supermarket, 28 specialty stores, 385 on grade car parking spaces the Centre also has a medical and allied health centre onsite. The Centre recently underwent a small development to create space for a new health and fitness centre. The Centre has approximately 1.8m visitors a year.

Swan Hill Shopping Centre - Swan Hill
Acquired by Clarendon Property Group in 2002, Swan Hill Shopping Centre is located in Victoria's North West and is the largest service centre in the Murray River region. Anchored by a recently refurbished full-line Coles supermarket, Liquorland, 5 specialty stores and on grade car parking. The Centre was recently sold for $20m.

QUEENSLAND

67 Lake Street, Cairns
This building was acquired in 2003 and is located in the heart of the Cairns CBD. It is a 5-storey mixed use commercial and retail complex anchored by the regional head office of Westpac Bank.

Oceana Walk Arcade, Cairns
Also located in the Cairns CBD, this Arcaded was acquired in 2006 and comprises a 2-storey mixed use commercial and retail complex including 25 specialty stores. The Arcade underwent a small renovation in 2012.

51 Lake Street, Cairns
This building was acquired in 2010 and Oceana Walk in the heart of the CBD. It is home to the only Kathmandu Store in Cairns. Together with 67 Lake Street and Oceana Walk Arcade, this property forms a 1.25 acre future development site with a 45m height limit. It is the largest consolidated property holding in the Cairns CBD.

Edmonton Retail Complex
This 2,000m2 property was acquired in 2008. It is located in Edmonton, a location experiencing significant growth 13km south of Cairns. The Centre includes the regional head office of Bendigo Bank and H&R Block. Adjacent to this site is vacant land providing future retail and mixed use development opportunities.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA

Central Market Arcade, Adelaide (1997-2018)
Located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, Central Arcade Adelaide had a full-line Coles supermarket, Liquorland, 64 specialty stores and rooftop parking for over 300 cars.

VICTORIA

Stud Park Shopping Centre, Rowville (1992-1998)
This regional shopping centre, comprising a full-line Coles, K-Mart and 50 specialty stores, was acquired in 1992 for $30m. The Group was responsible for a $15m expansion which included the introduction of a Woolworths supermarket, a Mitre-10 store and an additional 20 specialty stores. The centre was sold in 1998 to an institutional investor for $60m.

QUEENSLAND

Tradewinds Esplanade Hotel, Cairns (Rydges)
This international standard hotel located on the famous Cairns Esplanade, was developed in 1984-86 at a cost of $30m. The Group was responsible for acquiring and consolidating a prime 1.75 acre waterfront site and constructing 260 hotel suites and associated amenities including restaurants, bars, functions rooms and a swimming pool.

Tradewinds Outrigger, Cairns (Country Comfort)
This hotel, also located in the heart of Cairns, was refurbished in 1987-88 for $4m. The Group was responsible for the refurbishment of the property which features 65 suites and associated amenities including a restaurant bar, function rooms and swimming pool.

Tradewinds Sun Lodge, Cairns (Country Comfort)
This hotel, also located in the heart of Cairns, was refurbished in 1987-88 for $4m. The Group was responsible for the refurbishment of the property which features 65 suites and associated amenities including a restaurant bar, function rooms and swimming pool.

Shangri-La Hotel, Cairns
This hotel is located on the iconic Marina in Cairns, a gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. In 1988-89, the Group was responsible for winning the tender from the Cairns Port Authority to reclaim the 6ha of land upon which the Shangri-La Hotel and Retail Complex was built between 1991-93.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Peter’s Ice Cream HQ, Perth
In 1995, Clarendon Property Group constructed the headquarters of Peters Ice Cream in Perth at a cost of $4m.
